Jonas - Are you sure you have a EB3 labor? i.e. less than 5 yrs of experience and/or a miniumum BS as opposed to greater than 5 yrs of experience and/or master's or higher (EB2)? If latter than you may file your I-140 under EB2.
EB3 or EB2 gets decided on your I140 based on your labor certification job requirements.

I got the following message from USCIS:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

You can just drag and drop the icon you want into Blend or explicitly add it via the Projects panel :)
Your question on connecting to an XML data source is interesting because there are several ways of doing this. One approach is by using Linq and just parsing the output.

* How do I use a wp7 icon (from the icon pack) as a clickable button? I have an input search TextBox, but instead of using a simple button control (for the click event) I would like to use the magnifying glass icon as the search button --something similar to how Bing (on WP7) uses the mic in the search box. How can I accomplish this?

Find another lawyer if you want to (or at this stage you can represent yourself easily) and file G-28 form. New G-28 will replace the old one and the info on file will be updated.

Any kind of full time employment with monetary gains is not allowed on h4 status. You can legally go to university or any community college full time, and take up any kind of training programs or voluntary work with no remuneration. Also, passive investment such as stocks/ bonds etc is OK.
If your spouse's GC process reaches the 485/EAD stage, then you can get work authorization with EAD to do any kind of work full time or part time. Without EAD, you need some other work authorization such as H1 / L1 visa to work legally..

-I got my I140 approved in MAY 2006.
-I got my 3 years H1B based on I140 approval. I went to India for stamping as I was out of status for 10 months due to 7th year extension pending for a long time with USCIS.
- I came to USA on this H1B in JUNE'2006 with approval until JUNE'2009.
-On JAN 2007, my company has received a letter from USCIS to 'INTENT TO Revoke' the approved I140.
-My employer responded to USCIS letter with required documents.
-We are waiting for USCIS decision.
In this situation
1.Will my H1B also be revoked if I140 is revoked?
2. Can I transfer my H1B to another employer. How much time do I have?
3. If I transfer my H1B(i have approval until JUNE2009), can I apply new labor and I140 and get extension again after 2009.
Any other suggestions , help that you can do. Please advise?

You may already be knowing this. But a note of caution, after hearing few horror stories on H4 going out of status involuntarily.
Extension of renewal on H1 does not mean H4 is automatically renewed. Your new H1b is valid until 2009. Unless you have filed I-539 along with your H1b renewal application, your wife is not going to get new I-94. So if her I-94 is expiring december 2007, she will be out of status after that date, not withstanding your H1B validiity.
It doesnt matter if her visa stamp has your latest employer listed. The single most important thing that will determine her legal status is the validity of I-94 stamp

Hi Friends,
Recently, my brother's wife got GC-rejection. Though, my brother has already received his GC. The reason is : her status was invalid for a month in US. She got different I-94 expiration date than him during her first visit in 1999, though they landed here together. But, her I-94 expired earlier than my brother and he extended her Visa based on his I-94 expiration date. My brother did not realize it until now.
What are her option now? The attorney is applying for re-consideration based on husband & kids status (US born), but, they said chances of the acceptance are very slim. They are well settled here. Now, they need to go back to India just because of her GC-rejection. And of course she can not come back here again unless she applies for H1-B. This is very devastating for them after living here for more than 10 yrs.
Has anyone faced similar situation earlier. I guess it is a very common mistake and there must be some solution. Please share your thoughts/experience.

In order for us to encourage people to contrbute we started the donor system. We are encouraging people to contribute 25 dollar per month to subscribe. If they pay more say- 100, then it will give them subscription for 4 months.
we have just started this system and hope to fine tune and improve and also provide more services to all our members.
We are trying not to include past contributions because it will get tough for us to get future contributions that we can invest in IV for all future and current initiatives.
