I have Canadian GC since 2.9 years ago. I have to move to Canada in the next 2-3 months in order to maintain it. Should I move? I have stable job in US. I mostly thought I would have received my US GC by now. Is there any legal implications if I don't move. Do I just have to mail my canadian GC back to canadian consultate?

your wife is exempt from EAD/AP fees. If you apply online for her EAD or AP, the system will automatically figure that out and will not charge anything additional

Sadly fantastic as Photoshop is it's not vector based, so anything you export to Flash can end up looking weird and stretched.
Have you tried using Illustrator? It's very similar to Photoshop in the effects and tools that you have available, with the added advantage that is is vector based. So you can draw in Illustrator and then export it into a Flash movie.
The only thing I'd add to this is that sometimes it will throw up errors about .eps files (no idea why) and you have to export it as a .swf and import that into Flash. Either way though, this should solve the problem.

I do not see update on online status on the registered cases in my portfolio in TSC.
My wife had applied for AP in first week of Feb, we have received AP in a months time but online status still shows "Application received on Feb xx 2009........"

Yes, immigration officers at field offices do not have knowledge of what happened on July 2nd. Even today when I atteneded Infopass, I tried to remind the story by saying July 2nd event and she had no clue what happend on that date.

Are you sure that this was signed by Emilio Gonzalez and not some other Gonzalez?
I would think the last name Gonzalez would also be like the last name KIM for Koreans..there could be hundreds of Gonzalez at USCIS!

2) 15 mins of time per day
3) Ability to call someone and send emails on behalf of IV
4) Strong belief in what we are doing and what we are trying to achieve

Employer cannot revoke I-140 application after 180 days of filling I-485. No matter what the scenario is.
Can someone use AC21 if the I-140 is not approved? I think it is risky because employer can revoke I-140 and you will be OOS

Notarizing means taking an oath in front of a notary. Also be aware that notary is done for documents not in the public domain. Your freind better be sure of what he is vouching for. Otherwise he will get into trouble.
Why would not your ex-employer sign your experience letter? HR department of every company once in a while receive requests like this from ex-employees and they should not have a problem with it.

Yes, if she wants to change from F-1. She might want to stay in F-1 status as long as she can, especially since she can get work authorization.
i don't know how is this work, and how much is the f-1 to h-4 status change costs.

I've heard so many variations of this. Does anyone have any experience acually doing this. Is it possible for your new company to sneak in and port your old company's LC/I140 withou them knowing or while you are still at the old company. Obviously you would not want to leave your old company till your new company gets the I140 with he old PD ported -right?

Until you know the reason for denial, its difficult to give any opinion. If you know the chances are very low if you are going for appeal, I would still advise you for that to get some time.
1. When your appeal is pending you can use the approved PERM to get your H1B if you are beyond 6 years.
2. If your I-140 is denied, it will trigger the I-485 denial.
3. If your I-485 is denied, the EAD is become invalid. Then I am not sure about the AP status.
I am not sure but think you can use EAD if you go for appeal...
So its always good to have H1B as back up for EAD and AP. At least you will be in status.
